The former Sherman Clay Piano Building was built in 1926

Located at 1614 4th Avenue, and current home to Buffalo Wild Wing’s first downtown store, the former Sherman Clay Piano building was built in 1926. The original façade had an ornate neoclassical style that was updated in the 1960’s to pre-cast concrete panels resembling a jail.  After purchasing the building in 2012, the building was fully renovated into a modern office building, and fully leased.
