Located at 2851 Eastlake Ave., the Eastlake Apartments were the first real estate project developed by Plus founders. The site was the former home of the Seattle Restaurant Store, also known as the Barmart. The site was purchased in 2003 and later developed into a 127 unit mixed-use apartment building.
