Plus has managed virtually all phases of development for both high-rise and mid-rise multi-family and mixed-use development.
With more than 70 years of combined real estate and construction experience, Plus has overseen all phases of development, entitlement, construction, and sales, including due diligence, market analysis, proforma evaluation, raising and negotiating third party equity thru joint-venture partnerships.
