The Lakehouse will be an eight-story high-end apartment building with 199 units conveniently located on Totem Lake in Kirkland, a stones throw from the new Village at Totem Lake, a newly constructed urban town center featuring Cinemark Cinemas, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and many more retail stores and restaurants. The project will offer one-level of subterranean parking, and 2 levels of parking above grade for a total of 225 vehicles, and 92 bike spaces.
