Plus acquired 1516 2nd Avenue in Partnership in partnership with Pinnacle Fame Development, located just a block from Seattle’s historic Pike Place Market. The project includes over 500 new residential units, featuring a 46-story tower that cantilevers over a second smaller 16-story tower known as the Mama & Baby Tower in the local market.
